| So I just got back from having breakfast with my parents. We went to a small Mom & Pop-esque diner in the Staples shopping center in Flemington (for those who know what I'm talking about.). It was a really nice place, nothing fancy, just small and simple. The owner sat at the entrance talking to regulars and doling out lottery tickets and filling take out orders. Later he would be walking about, despite his limp, with a smile on his face and kind words on his lips. I thought it would be nice to own a place like that, knowing the locals and regulars, having them ask me how my wife and children were, and actually caring about what the answer was. At any rate, it gave me a nice warm, fuzzy feeling. It seems bastions of the simpler days still exist in the world, you just have to be willing to look for them.
In other news, when I was nine years old I planted two bleeding hearts, one red and one white (they're flowers, sorry emo-haters). Fourteen years later they are still going strong despite the hardships of rain, snow and wind, blooming fully and growing still. Enduring, living, and even more beautiful, honest and pure in spite of it all.
“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small
child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live
your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.”

| By day, he is a mild mannered 24 year old first year college student (sad, I know).
HOWEVER... By night he is none other than....

ADORABLE SANDAL PUPPY MAN!!!
All young ladies (and a select few handsome gentlemen), must immediately cheer up. Its not every day that I show my true form to the world.
<3 Adorable Sandal Puppy Man.
PS - Its funny when an paragon of emoness such as myself has to shoulder the duty of cheering up Xangaville.
PPS - Sad Kermit understands you.

| How am I doing? What have I been up too? How is life treating me? How
is school? How is work? Have I found a girlfriend yet? How is my Mother
and Father doing? Am I coming to the next KR event? Have I spoken to
so-and-so lately? What are my dreams?
I'll never tell.

know where you are going, and the insight to know when you have gone
too far."

| I like snow, I wish we got more. Its been a long time since I went sledding, I don't think you grow out of things like that, for most people it just becomes easier to forget about. I wouldn't want to be like that, growing up so much that you forget the simple things in life. Like going sledding, or watching snow fall, stuff like that. The simple things are always the best. I don't think that will ever change, at least not in my eyes.
